redbird | More signs of recovery

I just did all three of my shoulder stretches, for the first time since the gall bladder surgery. Since that went smoothly, I topped it off with most of the shoulder-strengthening exercises I do using elastic. (I did all four of the ones with the tougher, green elastic; I haven't gotten out the red one I use for the one where I pull across my body.)

I also moved the dishwasher into place, and then ducked under it, for the first time after surgery;

cattitude has been doing that for me. [In our household division of labor, I do dishes and he does laundry; we each feel as though we have the better half of the bargain, so it continues to work. Subject, of course, to medical need.]
