redbird | physical day off

Basically, I realized this morning that I needed a day of not doing much physical. So I've spent much of the day proofreading, and in between played around on the computer, but didn't even get dressed until the afternoon, and only walked as far as the riverbank.

I'm pleased with myself for realizing that it was my muscles, not my brain, that needed the break.
