Day of rest

cattitude and going to the gym this morning, I turned over and went back to sleep. For three hours. I got up a little before 10, meaning I slept 10 or 11 hours last night. I'm not feeling sick, but that's an unusual amount of sleep for me to need.
Today's major project is the laundry. I didn't want to do it, but I never want to do laundry, so that's not a good guide to action. It's in the dryers now.
