minimal exercise
I still didn't get to the gym, but I pulled out the mat and did intermittent crunches (15, 11, 15), back arches (2 sets of 15, I think it was) and bicep curls: two normal sets of 15 per arm, one arm at a time with the eight-pound weight, then I tried doing curls with the eight-pound weight in one hand and the five-pound in the other. Sets of ten, then switch. I started with the heavier weight in my right hand, and that worked okay, but when I switched eight pounds suddenly seemed like a lot in my left hand. I think that was the contrast, rather than being tired or the weight being a lot, since I'd done curls with eight pounds in that hand only a few minutes earlier.
