Cardio: 15 minutes, top heart rate 159, from minutes 5-15 I was cruising along in the 147-156 range.
Bench press: 50 pounds, 11, 10+2; 45 pounds, 9+2
Seated leg curl: 75 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Crunches, 4 sets of 20
Back arches, 3 sets of 15
Biceps curls, 40 pounds: 2 sets of 13, then 8
Upper and lower back stretches
today, and won't get back to the gym tomorrow because we have a "Winter Storm Warning" complete with the phrase "near-blizzard conditions."
But I met the friend I needed to see, and picked up a loaf of rye bread on the way home, and
womzilla came by with NYRSF proofs and my cell phone.
