Does Bellevue have a Community Car/Zip Car thing? I shouldn't be surprised if it did. You pay an annual membership fee and then get to rent cars in smaller increments than a day. They're all around town here, positioned in parking lots usually. Handy for stuff like evening activities rendered more convenient when you have wheels.
