Rolled out IT band etc.

Psoas exercise, 2 with each leg
Ab work lying on ball, 10
Some standing on the foam roller

Biceps curls standing on the blue squishy thing, 10 pounds each hand, 3 sets of 15
Squats standing on the blue squishy thing, 10
Row sitting on balance ball, 40 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 35 pounds, 15

Standing on square balance platform:
Lat pulldown, 42.5 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Back exercise, 20 pounds, 12; 25 pounds, 12; 20 pounds, 12
Triceps, 20 pounds, 3 sets of 12
