On my way to the gym this evening, I had a strong feeling that if I got on the subway I would just come home, so I turned and walked to the branch I use near my office. (They don't have as much stuff I like as the one I think of as "mine," but that one is being renovated and was less appealing last week.) I didn't do any cardio, and did more stuff with machines and less with the balance balls than I had been lately.

Leg press, 140 pounds, 15; 180 pounds, 10
Chest press, 55 pounds, 12; 50 pounds, 10
Foam half roller, some stuff but nothing with weights (couldn't find a pair of 2.5 or 3-pound dumbbells)
Foam roller, balance with legs in air; heart opening stretch; hamstring bridge with feet on the roller, 5
"Flight" back exercise/stretch with towel, 12

Biceps curls (sitting on bench), 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Balance ~fly (free motion machine), 4/20 pounds, 13 with each foot forward; 6 each
Row, sitting on ball, 35 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 30 pounds, 15
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 17, 10
Yoga tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Calf raises leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15
