It's a Cigna plan through my employer: I don't know how much the company is paying for it, or what fraction of employees are taking the dental coverage. I don't even know how many are taking the medical there, versus how many are getting theirs through a spouse. My share of that is a bit under $80/month; covering the partner would cost us over $300/month. He has medical but not dental from his job.
