Workout

Back at the usual gym. Yes, I do things other than work out, but this is easy to describe at this level of detail, and posting these is a habit, and I think a useful one (to me; the rest of you are welcome and mostly expected to skip over it).
Cardio, 20 minutes plus 2 cooldown, top heart rate 148
Leg press, 220 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 65 pounds, 12, 5; 55 pounds, 5
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, 65 pounds, 15 with each leg forward; 55 pounds, 6 with each leg forward
The rotator cuff cross-body thing, 35 pounds, 15 with each arm.

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 6 sets of {3 on each side}

Balance lateral raise, 5 pounds each hand, 15; 2.5 pounds each, 15
Balance squat, 15

One of the unexpected side effects of getting a Forerunner (GPS/heart rate monitor for keeping track of where and how fast I run) is that I also have a record of when I've been out. After a while, I feel bad about skipping a Sunday run because there's all those previous Sunday runs looking at me.

Looks like a good workout! How long did it take? I'm obsessed lately with how long people take to get through their workouts...I think I need a little more intensity, myself.
